Provisional bookings
Provisional bookings can be taken over the telephone but must be confirmed by receipt of a completed and signed booking form and deposit within seven working days.
The holiday booked cannot be assigned, and only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to fish unless agreed differently between all parties.
Deposits & reservation
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person should accompany the booking form. This deposit is accepted as part of the payment towards the total cost of the holiday.
Balance of payment
The balance of payment must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure, unless other arrangements are agreed between all parties.
If the unconditional payment of the balance is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you forfeit any deposit made.
Cancellation
Cancellations of your confirmed booking must be made by email. The following charges apply:
- Loss of deposit for each person.
Should you wish to change the dates of your holiday, every attempt will be made to accommodate the request — however we are not bound to accept any amendment.
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel or amend your holiday, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date. We cannot meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result of any cancellation or change. No compensation will be payable and no liability is offered other than the offer of a full refund.
Passport, visa & health cover
Passport, visa and health documentation are your responsibility — we accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through irregularity in your documents. Customers must ensure they hold a valid passport.
EU visitors should carry a current EHIC card (the replacement for the old E111), available free from the NHS. It entitles you to free accident and emergency treatment in Europe.
Please note: the EHIC card covers emergency treatment only — it does not cover ambulances, medicine, hospitalisation or repatriation. For these you will need additional travel insurance.

By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the rules set out on the Lake Rules page, and the copy provided with your booking confirmation.
